With Chateaubriand II, Croisières Chateaubriand offers cruises on Rance river with possibilities of meal on board. Her wharf is near the tidal factory (Rance dam).

Build in 1968 by a marine carpenter in Morbihan Golf , Chateaubriand II replaced Chateaubriand on Rance in March 2001. She is propelled by a 200 HP Baudouin diesel motor. She can carry 136 passengers.

Her former names were: Salamandre (1985), Théodore Botrel (1967).
